Aquarius are one of the only manufacturers to offer full wash though stainless steel transom, which will possibly outlast the life of the boat. (other manufactuers use weaker aluminium which is subject to cracks and costly repairs after only a few years use)

One of the only manufacturers to offer a better nosecone mounting system to pontoons. More surface area to tube allowing for a stronger attachment point.

Colours Available: light blue, dark blue, yellow grey white black teal red any combination.

Nosecone fibreglass available in White or black, or optional extra a full Carbon nosecone for an Extra $300.

Floor STD PVC covered marine ply two pieces, or full race carbon fibre extra $1200(toughest available). Fibre glass compressed vacuum bagged floor extra ($900)

Engine race setup on request, carburettor modification for large surf, welding of crank $150, strengthening of swivel bracket $150, waterproofing, labour to perform race preperation work POA.

Poly-Teflon engine mounts, fit on STD mounts and allow some give compared to solid mounts which place high loads and vibration on motor unnecessarily. $125.

Thundercat Safety Maintenance checks

  • Check all seams and glued edges prior to use.
  • If noticed glue down and allow 24 hours to cure.
  • Inflate to correct pressure note balance air evenly between front and rear pontoons.
  • Seek professional advice if not competent to make repairs your self.
  • Do not use Aquacat if daily checks not completed.
  • Do not use if damage identified.
  • Check undercarriage of boat for any damage from trailer road or beach landings.
  • Hose out highjackers to remove contaminants eg sand and shells after use.
  • Ensure all bolts and fasteners are sound and to correct tension prior to use.
